2. User(s) can register / login with their mobile number, email address or facebook account.
3. Member(s) must verify their profile(s) before publishing. Acceptable form of id to verify member’s profile can be Indenty Card, driving licence, passport, selfie verification or any legal form of photo identity. Any profile without verification will not be published on nikkahmee platform.
4. All profiles will be reviewed by our qualified staff before publishing on this platform. Incomplete or profiles with discrepancies will not be published.
5. We strictly publish only verified member profiles on our platform so all the members on our platform can get the best possible experience.

Eligibility:

1. You must be legally 18 or over to register as a member and to use any features of Nikkahmee.
2. You must have a valid mobile number or email address if you wish to register as a member via mobile or email. Verification code will be send to your mobile number or email address or both. You (“the user”) can not login until you verify the mobile number or email or both.
3. Only one profile (“membership”) can be registered with one mobile number and email address. Multiple listings of the same person are strictly not allowed and will be deleted without refund of any subscription fee.
4. Registered marriage bureau service providers are allowed to register multiple profiles under premium packages. Multiple profiles must not be of the same person and will be deleted without any refund.
5. You are not a registered sex offender in any state.
6. Your account has not previously been removed from nikkahmee website or app.

Account Security:

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not disclose or share your login details with anyone else. You will be legally responsible for all the activities that occurs under your account.

Communication & Interaction:

1. Appropriate behaviour and decent language must be used at all times while using the nikkahmee.com website and app. Nikkahmee.com have 0 abusive or non-appropriate behaviour policy and such member profile(s) will be deleted without any notice.
2. Nikkahmee.com reserves the right to review the status and activity of each account any time and can suspend, unpubish or delete the account on the bases of such review.

Contents & Responsibility:

1. All required fields in the registration form must be filled out correctly and to the best of your knowledge. Some of the fields are optional in the registration form. You may leave them empty. If you are registering on behalf of children, sibling, friend or others, you hereby consent that you have been permitted by that person whose profile is created by you.
2. Photo(s) upload by members must be appropriate. Any inappropriate photo(s) will be deleted without any notice.
3. You must not copy, download or modify data of any other member for any purpose without written permission from that member and Nikkahmee.com.
4. Nikkahmee.com is not responsible for any incorrect or false information or profile(s) posted by any member(s) on this site.
5. We respect our community and will not share member(s) personal information out of nikkahmee.com platform without members prior permission.
6. You will be solely responsible for your all activities on this platform. Be safe and responsible when communicating and sharing information with other registered member(s) on this forum. Nikkahmee reserves the right but have no legal obligation to monitor any dispute(s) or mediate between you and other member(s) on this forum.
7. You can delete your profile and all your personal information from our site anytime.
8. Phone/mobile number, email must not be entered in any section(s) of the profile other than the related fields. Such profile(s) will be deleted without any notice.

Premium Features:

1. Some of the features on Nikkahmee.com are not free of charge and are only available under premium package(s). You need to buy a premium package(s) / subscription if would like to use those features.
2. Subscription fee or purchase of any other product(s) or feature(s) from our site is final and non refundable.
3. Nikkahmee reserves the right to issue partially or full refund but have no legal obligations.
